Erin Blaskie - Internet Marketing Strategist

Erin Blaskie is a born entrepreneur, yoga enthusiast and passionate fashionista.

At the age of 21, Erin launched her very first business - Business Services, ETC. When BSETC first launched, it was started as a virtual assistance company - providing top notch administrative and technical support to companies around the globe. It quickly morphed into a multi-VA team and took the Internet Marketing world by storm.

At the age of 23, Erin then launched her coaching business - The VA Coach. Through this medium, Erin coached, trained and inspired individuals to create virtual assistance businesses and turn them into thriving, six-figure businesses. Erin delivered group coaching programs which can now be purchased as self-study programs on her website.

After supporting entrepreneurs for over four years, Erin has now moved into her latest transformative role. Erin is now an Internet Marketing Strategist who provides solid business savvy and Internet Marketing advice to entrepreneurs from around the world. Erin's clients are in all stages of business growth - from infancy to the multi-million dollar level - and Erin's mission is to help her clients reach their goals.

Using the latest technology trends and new business ideas, Erin helps her clients catapult their businesses forward with strategy that works and her team implements the strategy into specific to-dos, key milestones and of course... results.

Trina Lamarche - Lead Implementation Manager

Unknown to most, Trina was originally a major part of BSETC - she was a founding partner. In fact, the "T" in BSETC stands for Trina's first name.

When BSETC first began, Erin, Trina and a friend of theirs sat at a coffee shop mulling over the idea of the business. It had been a vision of Erin's at the age of 16 and she wanted to share it with those closest to her. Trina became excited immediately and jumped on board the BSETC train. Little did she know that it would soon become a steam engine!

Trina worked at a local government office here in Ottawa after Erin turned her focus to growing the business. She gained valuable experience in many different areas and then took up another job in accounting. With her love of numbers visible, she excelled at that position until Erin popped back up and offered her a part-time position with BSETC.

Part-time quickly became full-time and BSETC secured Trina's future of working from home. Now, Trina handles the largest number of client projects and she is also the person responsible for entering data directly into our systems when we do in-person retreats. Trina also manages the team as a whole, ensuring that everything is moving forward as it should.

Erica Raines - Assistant to the Internet Marketing Strategist

Erica has been in the VA business now for 4 years and has over 10 years of Administrative support in the high end corporate world. In October 2004 she moved to Ontario Canada from Sunny California and decided to stay home with her children and start her VA business.

Erica joins our team in the capacity of project manager. Erica helps manage our client accounts and assists in every area that she can. Erica is also Erin Blaskie's personal assistant and manages everything from scheduling to voice mails and even helps Erin with research and travel arrangements. Erica is an integral part of the BSETC team.

Erica is an integral part of the BSETC team as she is the one responsible for all e-mail and telephone correspondence, the scheduling systems and making sure the clients at BSETC have their articles submitted, press releases submitted and their documents formatted beautifully.
