If you are looking to schedule powerful strategy calls with our Internet Marketing Strategist, you can do so by booking in via one of our call packs.

These calls are scheduled at your convenience but must be used within the time period noted below.

Preferably, these calls work best after we’ve gone through a planning or retreat package with you but they can also be purchased individually to focus in on key areas in your business.

All calls are 45 minutes in length and are best scheduled at regular intervals (every two weeks, once per month, etc.)

Internet Marketing Plans

Three Month Internet Marketing Plan

This package is where most of our new clients begin.

The initial consultation will be scheduled with Erin Blaskie, our Internet Marketing Strategist, where you will spend one hour discussing your business and your business goals.

Once the call is over, Erin and her team of experts will devise a plan for you for the next three months based on those goals.

Suggestions will be given about tools and resources to use for each plan and you will also have the ability to move into the next phase with BSETC which is the implementation or outsourcing phase.

Six-Month Internet Marketing Plan

This package includes three one-hour calls with Erin Blaskie, our Internet Marketing Strategist.

On the first call, we will discuss your business in-depth and determine what your business goals are (growing a list, increasing revenue, creating passive revenue products, etc.) and Erin will help extract ideas out of you regarding your next steps.

The second call will focus on a brainstorming / strategy session where ideas will be fleshed out together. We will come up with ideas that work for your target market and that feel good for you and your business.

The third call will then unveil the plan that we have worked on together and specific information and ideas around tools, resources and implementation will be given and suggested. You can then choose to have our team implement the plan we’ve helped you devise or you can take the six-month plan and run with it yourself!

3 x One-Hour Calls with Internet Marketing Strategist & Full 6-Month Plan	$695
Summary: 3 x 1 hour calls with Internet Marketing Strategist and a 6 month plan laid out for your use either with or without our help on the implementation side.

Twelve-Month Internet Marketing Plan

This package includes six one-hour calls with Erin Blaskie, our Internet Marketing Strategist.

The first three calls are the same as listed in the six-month package but this package also includes three follow-up coaching calls to flesh out on-going ideas and to ensure that what is in place is working and producing the desired results.

At each of the following three checkpoints, we’ll make sure you are on track and we’ll discuss new, fresh ideas as they emerge.

Strategic Visioning Retreats (In-Person or Virtual)

In-Person Strategic Visioning & Internet Marketing Plan Retreat

This two-day retreat is the most productive use of your time. Whether held in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada (our home base) or held at a location more convenient for you, we’ll take you through a step-by-step process where we will incorporate strategic visioning with the creation of internet marketing plans to create a powerhouse for your business.

The first day of the retreat, we will look at your business’ past, present and future. We’ll get it all down on strategic visioning templates so that we have hard copies to leave up during the rest of the retreat. We will also examine your business’ goals and what you want to accomplish during the next one to two years. Working together, we’ll then lay out a plan on a calendar template to determine your business activities as it relates to new product development, product launches, campaigns and promotions and any other business activity that is important to capture.

Continuing into day two, we’ll flesh out further ideas and become concrete on where we’re going to go in the time that follows. Working with our Lead Implementation Manager, we’ll then put your systems into place before you even leave the retreat. You’ll leave the retreat with to-dos and milestones laid out in an easy-to-use system. You’ll also have your plan in large format to hang on your office wall when you get home.

You can then choose to have our team carry through the implementation side of things or you can go back to your existing team filled to the brim with knowledge and a workable plan (complete with systems already in place) so that your marketing plan carries through as planned.

There are two location options for this retreat. You can choose to come to Ottawa, Ontario, Canada (our location) and have us host the retreat here or we can fly to your location. The fee structure is broken out below and the costs are listed as well.

Ottawa-Based Retreat: You will fly into Ottawa for two days and three nights.

The retreat can be held anytime during the week that you like so long as we have availability during that time as well. Travel costs are your responsibility (flight & hotel) but we will cover meal costs during the retreat (if you choose to stay extra days for sight-seeing, that will be your responsibility).

Present during the retreat will be Erin Blaskie, the Internet Marketing Strategist, as well as our Lead Implementation Manager to help organize and assist with putting systems into place immediately and taking detailed notes around our discussions.

Ottawa-Based Strategic Visioning & Internet Marketing Strategy Retreat	$2,495
(Includes 2-day retreat with our Internet Marketing Strategist and Lead Implementation Manager, retreat location, all meals during the retreat, all materials including large sized charts for your office and an account with our project management system free for as long as you need it.)

Retreat Held at Your Location: We can also come to your location for convenience sake.

With this option, you would cover flight costs for two people (the Internet Marketing Strategist and the Lead Implementation Manager) and we would cover hotel and meal costs. If you do not have public offices that would work for a retreat, we will also cover the costs of renting a location for the retreat to be held at.

In terms of timing, it will be dependent on when we have retreat openings available but we are flexible in terms of the timing.

Implementation Services

Implementation Services
(aka Virtual Assistance or Online Business Management)

This is better known as virtual assistance. We have multiple pricing schemes for virtual assistance due to the complexity of certain tasks.

All of our implementation is done on a sliding price scale depending on what the work is that is required. Our rates start at $30/hour for things like administration and customer support and end at $65/hour for things like web maintenance, blog design and sales page design.

All work is billed hourly and a detailed report is provided to you on the 15th and 30th of each month. You will work with one of our Lead Project Managers who will look after your account and follow the plan that we’ve setup for you (if you’ve gone through one of our planning sessions) or can work on an ad hoc basis.

The next step in our implementation phase is to schedule a call with us to discuss your needs. We will then create a proposal that outlines (a) what our pricing would be and (b) how we can service your needs appropriately.
